Thick 1.75" Bone-in Chops-fall evenings are a great time to grill these moist and tender beauties. Six chops approximately 10-16 oz. each.

Two Shoulder Roasts-the topic of conversation at your holiday and weekend celebrations. Score the skin in a check formation for a classic cracklins presentation. Extremely moist and flavorful. 5-10 lbs each

Sausage-a mix of ground and link sausage made from hams and shoulders, using natural casing and all natural ingredients--additive free like all of our meat(no msg, nitrites, or nitrates, BHG, or anything else the chemical companies may dream up in the future.) 8-10 lbs

Smoked Bacon-Remember what Grandmama's kitchen smelled like? Thick country slices, lightly salted. Nitrate/nitrite free. 4-6 lbs

Fatback-cured with salt and sliced, no additives. I carry some in my pocket to eat as I work around the farm. Nitrate/nitrite free. 2lbs
